Erin was a member of the Fayetteville FFA Chapter. She served as president at her home chapter in 2016-2017. She competed in a variety of Career and Leadership Development Events, including Horse judging, livestock judging, agricultural sales, prepared public speaking, agricultural issues, and the Agriscience Fair. She was named the 2017 Tennessee Star in Agriscience and is now active in Collegiate FFA and the alumni association.
